Common questions
What's the minimum order quantity?
There's no fixed minimum. We regularly produce single samples for designers as well as runs in the thousands for manufacturers — tell us your quantity and we'll quote accordingly.
Can you work from just a sketch or reference image?
Yes. For embroidery, our team can digitise a design from a sketch, photo or existing garment, and we'll usually produce a sample before full production so you can confirm it looks right.
Do you offer samples before a bulk order?
Yes, sampling is part of our standard process for new designs — it's the best way to confirm colours, size and placement before committing to a production run.
What garments and fabrics can you work with?
Tell us your garment and fabric and we'll confirm feasibility and any special handling needed — embroidery has been done on cotton, denim, silk, linen, knits, leather and most woven fabrics.
How long does an order take?
Turnaround depends on the service, design and quantity — a sample can often be ready within a few days, while production runs are scheduled once the sample is approved. We'll give you a specific timeline with your quote.
